A small group of eight new villas on a hillside near Kuta, on Lombok’s south coast, looking over a wooded valley. Each sits on its own plot, with its own pool, linked by landscaped paths, with two shared parking areas. They are still to be built, with completion expected in October 2027.

Four are one bedroom villas, about 90 square metres inside on plots of 176 to 210 square metres, with the living room, dining area and kitchen downstairs beside the pool and a bedroom suite with a walk in wardrobe and a terrace upstairs. Four are two bedroom villas, about 116 to 119 square metres inside on plots of 216 to 311 square metres, with the two bedrooms on the lower level and the living room, kitchen and pool on the upper level.

Inside it is warm and natural: textured plaster and stone, timber, high pitched roofs and wide glass doors to the terraces. Inside areas are from the architect’s drawings and are still to be confirmed by the developer.

The villas are sold on an HGB title held through a PT PMA, an Indonesian company with foreign shareholders. The images on this page are the developer’s renders.
