Bali Property Sourcing is the trading name of PT Multiple Sources Property, an Indonesian company in Badung Regency, Bali. This page sets out what we collect when you use this website or deal with us, what we use it for, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we never do
We do not sell your details, we do not run advertising, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list. That holds whether you browse the site, message us or sign an agreement with us.
When you browse the site
Google Analytics. It tells us which pages are read, roughly which country visitors come from, what device they use, and which pages lead to a WhatsApp message. It only sets a cookie if you say yes in the box that appears on your first visit. If you say no, or ignore it, Google receives anonymous signals with no cookie, which it uses to estimate visitor numbers. Advertising features are switched off.
Settings kept in your browser. Your currency choice and your analytics choice are saved in your own browser so you do not have to set them again. They are not sent to us.
Services that make the site work. The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and block abuse. Fonts load from Google Fonts, maps from OpenStreetMap, and live exchange rates from open.er-api.com. Each of these sees your IP address when your browser loads something from it.
When you message us
Most conversations happen on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta, or by email. We use what you tell us, such as your budget, the areas you like and what the property is for, to find property and answer your questions.
We share your details with a seller, a seller’s agent or a notary only when you want to go ahead with a particular property, and only as much as that step needs.
When you sign an agreement with us
Agents sign our co broking agreement on the agents page, and owners and developers sign our sales agency agreement on list with us. Buyers who ask us to search off list sign a buyer’s agent agreement.
We keep the details you enter, such as company, registration number, signatory, email and WhatsApp, together with the signed record and the agreement itself, which is emailed to both sides.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is filled in by a person, not a bot.
Documents and photos you upload are stored in our Google Drive and used to review and market the property.
How long we keep it
Analytics for up to 14 months, then Google deletes it.
Conversations for as long as they are useful to you, and deleted when you ask.
Agreements and the records behind them for as long as the agreement runs and Indonesian law requires us to keep business records.
What you can ask us
Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law 27 of 2022), and similar laws where you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw consent you have given, such as for analytics.
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@balipropertysourcing.com and we will deal with it. If we have to keep something by law, we will tell you what and why.
Changes
If anything here changes, the date at the top changes with it.
