One room for sleeping and living, with an ensuite behind it, opening through full height glass onto a terrace and a private pool. Every one sits on its own walled plot inside a gated complex of 25, off Jalan Melasti in Ungasan.

There are three types. In Types A and C the kitchen sits outside on the terrace beside the pool, which is the Bali way of doing it and the reason the room inside stays a bedroom. Type B is the wider plot, with the kitchen and a lounge corner inside the main room and a timber deck at the end of the pool.

Compact and easy to own: around 31 to 44 square metres depending on the type, a one bedroom home with its own pool.

It is being built in two rows. The first row is around 80% complete, with handover set for March 2027, and the upper row follows. We have the developer’s construction update from 6 October and can send it on request.

• A €5,000 deposit, then five payments over twelve months
• Priced in euros, paid in rupiah at the rate on the day
